We understand that some owners have no knowledge about the property and that is ok. We will never ask you to do any work to the property before the sale is completed. On our end, we must verify the land’s buildability by checking utilities, zoning regulations, topography, access, and utility connections. Once all
requirements are met, we are ready to close. We prioritize a prompt closing, and we always collaborate with a title company or attorney to facilitate the transaction.
